Return and refund policy

Rocky Mountain Peach Designs accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Requesting a return

Email rockymountainpeachdesigns@gmail.com to request a return before sending any items back. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

Opened products

For hygiene reasons, opened or used lip balms and lip glosses cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please contact rockymountainpeachdesigns@gmail.com promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
